New Vero Beach Construction competes with sellers

Thinking of selling your Vero Beach home?  Do not wait too long.  Demand is high, supply is low and many Vero Beach homeowners are benefiting from this situation.  Higher prices and less stringent contingencies is the norm as buyers want to win over others’ offers.

However, there may be more (and better) competition that is hitting the market in the form of newly constructed homes and often in the sellers’ back yards.  Both production and custom builders are fast constructing new Vero Beach homes in existing and new communities.   This may put an end to the buyers’ frenzy over the limited inventory of existing homes which has been below normal levels for over a year.

In several Vero Beach neighborhoods, you can hear the thumping of a carpenter’s hammer in the background.  Those are the sights and sounds that inform us that it may be time to sell.  If you are considering the sale of your home, it might make sense to beat this new construction competition in your market.
