Buyer Demand lifts home prices

Strong buyer demand and low inventory are driving prices up nationally and here in Vero Beach.  Inventory levels, homes available for sale in Vero Beach, are the lowest they have been the last 4 years.  This trend is pushing home prices higher in all areas and especially on mainland. 

The following chart shows how strong the buyer traffic is across the country.  Vero Beach and Florida in general exhibit strong buyer traffic.
